About me
I'm a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) in private practice in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. I work with children, teens, and young adults — ages 6 through 22 — and their families.
My practice focuses on anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, adjustment disorders, and emotional regulation. I draw on evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT), and play therapy, and I partner closely with parents and caregivers along the way.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step — for kids and for parents. My goal is to make it feel manageable: a warm, judgment-free space where young people feel heard and families feel supported.
